Περίληψη:
The study “Scientific Publications by Greek Entities 2006-2020: A Bibliometric Analysis of Publications in International Scientific Journals – Web of Science” constitutes a national statistical survey, being part of a particular series of publications of the National Documentation Centre (EKT). Its aim is to record and analyse Greek scientific activity in international peer-reviewed journals. This publication relies on the Web of Science database and records the country’s output in scientific publications for a 15-year period, from 2006 to 2020, on a national, regional and per-institutional category level. In addition, it focuses on the latest 5-year period (2016-2020) in order to highlight recent trends and developments.
